The first stage of the process involves the physical handling of the paper documents. All documents are pre-prepared for scanning by unfolding documents, removing tags and paperclips, and arranging them in the order required by the Client.

data_capture_sThe paper documents are passed through our high capacity scanners and a clear image is taken of each one. These images are then processed and stored in a manner that best meets the needs of the Clients a wide variety of image types are available from Tiff, Jpeg and GIF. Our team will advise you as to the best choices to meet your requirements.

Whether that be by customer name, invoice period, point of contact or date the options are almost endless and our solutions can be accessed in a variety of ways to best suit you.

output_sThe new electronic images can be supplied in a variety of formats and be accessible to a number of employees depending upon the requirements of the Client. All of our output is securely despatched and password protected to ensure the safe delivery of your data.
VST can also securely store your electronic documents and provide high quality printed copies if required.
